Shipping / Delivery Policy

1. Digital service, nothing shipped

Tenantoir is a mobile app and website. There is nothing to ship, so there are no shipping charges, courier partners or delivery addresses involved in using it.

2. How the service is delivered

• The app: download Tenantoir for Android from Google Play and sign in.
• Free trial: owners get 2 days free, available right after sign-up.
• Subscription: when an owner subscribes in the app, access to owner features is activated instantly in the app. There is no waiting period for delivery.
• Receipts: payment receipts are delivered by email as soon as a payment is made.

3. Availability

Tenantoir is starting in India, and amounts are in INR. Access needs an internet connection and an Android phone.

4. If something is not delivered

If you paid for a subscription and owner features are not active in your app, restart the app and check Menu, then Subscription. If the problem continues, email contact@tenantoir.com with your registered email address and the payment reference and we will look into it. See also the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
