Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms apply to property owners who subscribe to Tenantoir. Tenants never pay for Tenantoir. Please read them together with our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Plans and prices

Amounts are in Indian rupees (INR), starting in India. Applicable taxes are included or added as shown at checkout, before you confirm payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
2. Free trial
New owners get 2 days free after sign-up. No card is needed to start the trial. When the trial ends you can choose a plan to keep using the owner features. If you subscribe during the trial, the plan price is charged straight away, your subscription starts that day, and the rest of the free trial ends. If you cancel a subscription and later resubscribe while you still have paid time left, billing begins when that paid time ends, and your bank or UPI app may show a small verification amount, which is refunded.
3. Automatic renewal
Both plans renew automatically. When you subscribe, you authorise Razorpay to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each period (every month or every year) for the price of your plan, until you cancel.
You can see your plan and next renewal date in the app under Menu, then Subscription.
4. How to cancel
Cancel at any time in the app: Menu, then Subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access to owner features continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and after that the subscription ends and you are not charged again.
Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay retries a few times, and you keep access for a short grace period while it does. If it still does not succeed, the subscription is halted and access to owner features pauses until a payment succeeds, which you can do by subscribing again in the app. Your data, including tenant data, is never deleted because of non-payment.
6. What the subscription covers
The subscription gives an owner access to Tenantoir's owner features: adding properties, floors, rooms and beds, inviting tenants, posting dues, collecting rent online, receipts, tracking, reports and complaint handling. Tenants use the app free of charge.
7. Changes to price or plans
We may change prices or plans in future. We will tell you in advance in the app or by email, and a change applies from your next renewal. You may cancel before that renewal if you do not agree.
8. Payment processor
Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or net banking details are entered with Razorpay and are not stored by Tenantoir. Razorpay's own terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment.
9. Refunds
Charges already made are not refunded for unused time, except where the law requires it or for a duplicate or erroneous charge. Contact us within 7 days of such a charge. The free trial is free. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
